1. What is Thrift by Humble?
Thrift by Humble is a digital thrift shop selling high quality products at really low prices from top-tier brands. You can access Thrift via our own platform, Shopee and Lazada.
As an extension of the circular economy startup Humble Sustainability, Thrift promotes circular living and builds a community where anyone can bring anything back to circularity. (You’ll learn more about these concepts in #4!)
2. Does Thrift sell authentic products?
All our items undergo a quality checking process to ensure their authenticity. Rest assured that when you buy anything from Thrift, it is guaranteed original!
3. Where does Thrift get its items?
The items sold on Thrift are sourced from our vast network of e-commerce, retail and logistics partners.
Most of these high-quality items haven’t been used by anyone (and if they have been gently used, we’ll let you know by stating it in the product description).
By selling these products on Thrift, we’re helping these businesses recover the highest value possible for these items while enabling customers to shop sustainably!
4. Is shopping at Thrift more sustainable than shopping at other e-commerce stores?
Absolutely! Thrift is Humble’s platform for selling high-quality items in excellent condition and preventing them from being disposed of and ending up in landfills!
We catch items that fall off each stage in the supply chain and extend their lifespan by making these products available to you. This is circular living: incorporating the circular economy into our daily lives, ensuring no product goes to waste, and making better use of the things we have.
Buying from Thrift can also help prevent another new item from being produced, which means less natural resources used!

6. What are the payment options accepted by Thrift?
Thrift offers multiple payment options!
Credit or debit card payments are accepted when you order through our website.
Cash-on-delivery (COD), SPayLater, e-wallet, linked bank account, and credit / debit card payments are accepted for orders placed on Shopee.
Lazada wallet, credit/debit card, G-Cash, Maya, COD, and installment payments* are accepted for Lazada.
* A minimum order amounting to Php 3,000 is required for Lazada’s installment payment option.

7. Who will deliver my orders from Thrift?
Your orders from Thrift will be fulfilled by Locad, a renowned third-party logistics (3PL) provider for e-commerce brands across Asia Pacific. Our huge warehouse in San Isidro, Parañaque City is a Locad center.
Your orders will be delivered by the official logistic partners of Shopee and Lazada, who are also some of the top local couriers, namely NinjaVan, JT Express, and Flash Express PH.
Returns and refunds
8. Does Thrift offer refunds and warranty?
Yes! We want your shopping experience at Thrift to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. This is why we accept returns and refunds and offer three warranty options!
You will get a full refund if you discover your item is defective or not working properly within seven days from the date you received it. You can choose to return or exchange your item as well.
You can get a partial refund if you discover your item has minor problems (e.g. cosmetic issues that do not affect its functionality) within seven days from the date you received it but you’d like to keep the item. Please note this refund is subject to verification from our team.
You can get a rental fee service refund if you’d like to return your item after the seven-day period has lapsed, valid for one year. You will only pay for the months you’ve had the item.
Please note that we need you to provide photos and videos of the defective item in order for us to process your refund, whether it’s full refund, partial refund, or the rental fee service refund you’re filing for.
On top of these warranty options, some of the items sold on Thrift also come with their own warranty from the actual manufacturer or retailer.
9. How does Thrift’s rental fee service refund policy work?
Our unique rental fee service refund gives you one full year to try your item, risk-free!
If problems arise within one year from the date of your purchase (e.g., it stops working), we will give you a partial refund and charge you only for the months that you had the product in your possession.

Since the items we sell on Thrift are returns, aging and excess inventory, we are able to negotiate a competitive price with the businesses we source them from. And because we want to make it easier for anyone to shop sustainably and transition to circular living, we pass on the discounts to you!

15. Where are the warehouses of Thrift by Humble Located?
Our two warehouses are currently located in the bustling cities of Mandaluyong and Parañaque, both in the National Capital Region.
We’re planning to put up more warehouses in key cities around the Philippines, namely Biñan City, Laguna, Cebu, and Davao. We are also eyeing to expand our operations to Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia, so stay tuned for our updates!
