HOW DOES THE BEACON PRO KILL GERMS? The Beacon Pro's UVC light (254nm wavelength) destroys the DNA of microbes (including SARS-CoV-2 which causes COVID-19), molds, and dust mites and makes them incapable of surviving and reproducing.
HOW TO USE 1. Place the Beacon Pro in the center of the area/room to be disinfected. Plug the unit into a 220V socket.
2. Turn on the unit using the remote or touchpad panel then select your preferred timer using the remote or touchpad panel.
3. People and pets should vacate and close the area to be disinfected. The Beacon Pro will start the disinfection cycle after beeping for 10 seconds.
4. The Beacon Pro will turn off after the timer is done. Wait for another 10-15 minutes before you re-enter the disinfected area to ensure that all the UVC remnants have dissipated.

If the item has minor problems upon receipt, such as cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, but you would be happy to keep the item, we can offer partial refunds subject to verification from our team.
Rental fee service refund
After 7 days from the time received valid for 1 year
After the 7-day period has lapsed, provided you have photos and videos of the defective item, we can do partial refund based on how long you've had the item. You will only pay for the months you've had it - risk-free for 1 year!

We will calcuate your partial refund by taking into consideration your product’s monthly rental fee and your product usage.
