The conventional cleaner head has been re-invented. Instead of a conventional brush bar with bristles, the Dyson Fluffy™ vacuum uses a larger roller covered in soft woven nylon. It rolls over large debris, trapping it in the nylon fibres, whilst anti-static carbon fibre filaments remove fine dust. A direct-drive motor sits within the roller, allowing full-width, edge to edge cleaning.

If the item has minor problems upon receipt, such as cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, but you would be happy to keep the item, we can offer partial refunds subject to verification from our team.
Rental fee service refund
After 7 days from the time received valid for 1 year
After the 7-day period has lapsed, provided you have photos and videos of the defective item, we can do partial refund based on how long you've had the item. You will only pay for the months you've had it - risk-free for 1 year!

It stops working.
Let’s say the the ordered item gets damaged or becomes faulty on the 10th month after purchase. This is before the 12-month mark from the day of purchase.
You get a partial refund.
We will calcuate your partial refund by taking into consideration your product’s monthly rental fee and your product usage.
1,201 x 10 months of usage is 12,010 14,420 (Sale price of the item) - 12,010 (Rental/Usage fee for the 10 months used) = 2,410 (Refund given to you)
