How to use:

First step:

Mix the cement and water according to the package instructions. When ready to use, the concrete will have the consistency of oatmeal and be thick enough to hold the edges when cut with a spatula.

Step 2:

Fill the paver mold, plow the concrete with a shovel and make sure to fill each area.

The third step:

Use rubber gloves to spread concrete around the mold and fill in any gaps or low spots. Tap the mold with your hand to remove any air bubbles.

Fourth step:

Smooth the concrete according to the contour of the mold and wipe off the excess part.

Fifth step:

Let the concrete set for five minutes, and then carefully remove the mold. For the next stretch, rotate the mold a quarter turn and place it next to the paver that has just been completed. If you want to create a curved path, tilt it slightly.

The sixth step:

After allowing the concrete to cure overnight, fill the cracks with dirt and rinse off the excess. Wet the ground around the newly formed pavers to help them settle down.

Within 7 days from the time received

Our store warranty protects you for seven (7) days following the receipt of your item. If you find that it’s defective or not working properly, we’ll happily refund you 100% and allow you to return or exchange your item.

Thrift partial refund

Within 7 days from the time received

If the item has minor problems upon receipt, such as cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, but you would be happy to keep the item, we can offer partial refunds subject to verification from our team.

Rental fee service refund

After 7 days from the time received valid for 1 year

After the 7-day period has lapsed, provided you have photos and videos of the defective item, we can do partial refund based on how long you've had the item. You will only pay for the months you've had it - risk-free for 1 year!

Our unique rental fee refund ensures you have one year to test out and enjoy your item! If problems arise, you are completely protected and will only pay for the months you had the item in your possession. Check out a sample scenario below!

You buy something.

Let’s say you purchase a phone worth P14,420 on Thrift. Your phone has a monthly rental fee of P1,201. (14,420 ÷ 12 months)

It stops working.

Let’s say the the ordered item gets damaged or becomes faulty on the 10th month after purchase. This is before the 12-month mark from the day of purchase.

You get a partial refund.

We will calcuate your partial refund by taking into consideration your product’s monthly rental fee and your product usage.

14,420 (Sale price of the item) - 12,010 (Rental/Usage fee for the 10 months used) =
2,410 (Refund given to you)
